Co-Curriculum at Birchwood: Raising Aspirations and Celebrating Success
Welcome to the Co-Curriculum at Birchwood. We’re excited to introduce a special programme designed to help you explore your favourite subjects beyond the classroom and discover new interests along the way. Our co-curriculum gives you the chance to dive deeper into learning in fun and interesting ways, while also building skills like confidence, curiosity, and resilience.
At Birchwood, we believe learning is about more than just exams—it’s about growing as a person and building aspirations for the future. By taking part in our co-curriculum, you’ll develop new skills, find new passions, and learn more about the world around you. It’s all about sparking your interests and helping you feel prepared for life beyond school.
Our Co-Curriculum (linked below) is filled with activities and ideas chosen by each of our subject departments to help you get inspired. These activities will give you lots of different ways to explore topics and learn more about the things you enjoy. You’ll find suggestions for things to Watch, Listen, Read, Go, and Do—and they’re designed to be interesting and challenging, so you’ll always have something new to try!
